Welcome to the Northern Television Center!
We're happy that you have taken the time to visit us. NTC is the
award-winning "nerve center" of broadcast journalism at Northern
Illinois University. It is also the home of our advanced studio
production facility, where we produce original local news, sports, and
entertainment feature programming for the DeKalb and Sycamore, Illinois,
communities. NTC is located on the west side of the NIU campus near the
popular Student Recreation Center. We are adjacent to Huskies Stadium,
home of always exciting NIU varsity football, and we are the proud
neighbors of the Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center.
